Good exercise from walking to the metro station.
I was frustrated with the lack of proper spa services. I had scheduled a deep tissue massage, but they couldn't accommodate my request and it was cut short! Additionally, the restaurant had very few options and most food items were overpriced compared to local eateries.

I had a fantastic stay at Dave Hotel Yerevan! The standard double room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was diverse enough to cater to my dietary restrictions, which I really appreciated. Plus, the hotel had excellent amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, making my downtime enjoyable.
The bathroom space was a bit small for my needs.

absolutley disappointed with my stay at dave hotel. the breakfast was beyond mediocre, tasteless food that made my stomach churn, and the howling dogs outside kept me up all night, how charming! i expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but what did i get? absolutley nothing. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t bear it.

my stay at dave hotel was fantastic! after trying other hotels in yerevan, this one truly exceeded my expectations. the breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff were really accommodating during my late-night check-in.

I enjoyed the spacious room with a very comfortable bed! The reception staff were quite helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were diverse enough to cater to my dietary restrictions. I particularly appreciated the mountain view from my room. it added a lovely touch to my mornings.
The soundproofing could definitely be enhanced.
